Here are 3 simple energy pick me ups for those mid afternoon doldrums:
1. Squeeze your eyes shut tightly. Count to 10. Now blink rapidly 10 times. I bet your vision is sharper and that computer screen doesn’t look so fuzzy.
2. Sit up straight. Tighten your butt. Suck in your gut and push out your chest. Be proud. Take a deep breath into your tummy and breathe out. Slow and Long. Repeat three times.
3. Take your hands off the keypad. Squeeze them into a fist. Quickly and strongly open them. Repeat five times.
How’s your energy level now?
Have a cup of tea, three roasted not salted almonds and a dry pear. Skip the Snicker bar or coffee! You’ll feel better!!
